    How we count things

    What counts as a product
    A 3D model is one product shown in the viewer. A configurable product is one model with options, rules and pricing behind it. Fabrics, materials and finishes are unlimited and never count toward either total.
    What counts as a view
    A view is one shopper session opening your 3D viewer or configurator. Internal sales-team use is unmetered — if you are deploying this as a sales tool rather than on a public storefront, talk to us.
    What tokens are for
    Tokens cover AI generation and cloud rendering only. Configurator and viewer usage never consumes tokens.
    Setup and implementation
    Every plan is self-serve by default. You set up your own products and pay no implementation fee. If you would rather we did it for you, setup and 3D modelling are scoped separately.
