Polymuse (“we”, “our”, “us”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard information when you use our Services.
1. Data We Collect
- Personal Information: Name, Email, Account details. Payment info is processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers.
- Technical Data: IP address, Device info, Firebase Auth metadata, Analytics.
- User Content: Uploaded images, videos, 3D assets, Prompts, AI outputs.
- Logs: Error logs, Request logs, Model usage info.
2. How We Use Your Data
We use data to:
- Provide services, authenticate accounts, and generate AI outputs.
- Process payments and prevent fraud.
- Email Communications: By creating an account, you explicitly consent to receive onboarding, transactional (e.g., billing, security alerts), and occasional promotional emails related to our products. You may opt-out of promotional communications at any time via the “unsubscribe” link provided in emails.
We do not sell your data.
3. Data Sharing
We share limited data with:
- Firebase & Google Cloud: For hosting, storage, and database.
- AI Vendors: To process prompts (e.g., OpenAI, Google).
- Payment Processors: Stripe. Your payment data is subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy.
We do not allow vendors to use your uploads for training unless they explicitly allow opting in, and you consent.
4. Data Storage & Security
We use Firebase + Google Cloud (ISO 27001, SOC 2 compliant). All data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
5. GDPR / EU User Rights
If you are in the EU/EEA, you have rights to access, delete, correct, or export your data. Requests can be made at privacy@polymuse.tech.
6. Data Retention
We keep data only as long as necessary to provide service or comply with laws. You may request deletion.
7. Other
We use cookies for auth and analytics. The platform is for users 18+.
